For some of our children, the school uniform is the only clothing they personally own. Because of this, the clothes are used every day and after one year they are very worn out. Even though we always buy good quality trousers, shirts, and dresses, the uniforms are heavily used after one year of daily wear.
Therefore, every summer we must provide all 815 school children with a new set of school clothes. This is a big financial challenge for us every year.
That is why we again ask for a small extra donation for our Summer School Clothes Project 2026.

The special moment in summer, when the new clothes are given out and worn for the first time, is especially emotional for the new first-grade children. Because they know:
“Now I have a future. Now I can go to school.”
Many other children must go with their parents to work in the fields every day, and often the same difficult life that their parents experienced is waiting for them as well.

- Please pray that Precious Hands can find more sponsors, so that we can accept even more children into our school program.
- Please pray that we can receive the needed 4,000 CHF for the new school clothes.
